Spiro is partnering with prominent colleges across India, to offer complete career solutions to college students, right from 2nd semester to 8th semester students. The students get an opportunity to enhance their deployment skills through the proven programs of Spiro. Effective learning in complex domains like IT, Telecom, Embedded systems is dependent on several factors like learning methodology, content design and development, trainer quality, consistent tracking and feedback along with a personal touch. Spiro owns the complete responsibility of delivery of the entire program.
The programs are delivered in blended-learning environment. The interactive lecture sessions are conducted over SPIRO by a central team of expert trainers. The assignments, tests, quizzes and project submissions are done through ’Spiro Learning Portal. The entire team of trainers and coordinators, central as well as local, is employed by Spiro.
Students get systematic inputs across 8 semesters. The program design ensures that students effectively utilize their time and get prepared for the industry while pursuing their engineering. This program runs across from 4th semester to 7th semester, bringing the strongest foundation in exclusive skill level certification program and complete business skills with assessment test series. During the 8th semester, the student can opt for Project from Spiro in the same arena of the certification course pursued.
Spiro enables partnerships with technology majors such as Oracle (WDP), Microsoft (IT Academy), Robotics Lab for the selective reputed educational institutions to deliver the certification training for students in their college. This makes IT skill training cost effective and accessible for the student while they pursue engineering. With the widely-acclaimed credential of industry certifications, students are ready for a variety of entry-level job-roles and career advancement. Each Certification Program is for duration of 150 hours

For students in 6th and 7th semester: This program runs across 6th and 7th semester, bridging the gap between industry and academics.
The Campus Placement Program (CPP) ensures that the students get systematic inputs both in technical and business skills and get prepared for the campus recruitment of large and medium recruiters who first hire ’Smart Trainable’ talent, then train them in-house. The program has been exclusively designed for a fresher, looking for an entry-level role in the industry. |
